Default Serpent SRX-2 Gen-3 leaked?

Looks like there's a new buggy coming soon. It's mentioned in the latest RC Racer magazine. Doolittle Media Shop | Issue 268 Aug 2019

40 SECRET SPYDER
Designed by Billy Easton and developed by Serpentís team
drivers around the world, the new SRX-2 Gen-3 looks very
different to its predecessor due to the fact that there is very
little carry over with lots of new and interesting features.
Someone on the Serpent MH facebook group shared screenshots from the magazine. I'm too cheap to pay the 5 Euros

Since the magazine posted the issue, I'm assuming that it will be public knowledge soon...

New car looks interesting for sure! Definitely like the easy access diff and the carbon side stiffeners. Looks like it's going to be a great upgrade from the looks of it. I just got my srx2mh dialed in and it's quite good so can't wait to see what this one is like.

Nice, but once again the aging and old Truggy seems like it will never get updated.

I think it's because the market for 2wd 1/10 is way bigger than truggy... and you know how badly I want a new truggy LOL!

I recently decided that I want to take up the hobby again after almost 20 years. I picked up a Serpent 4x Pro the other day, and plan on getting a 750 Natrix as soon as Serpent America can get them back in.

Thereís an off-road track not too far from me (actually a stoneís throw from work), so Iíve considered giving off-road a shot at some point. I was going to stick with Associated, but given the rave reviews for the SRX-2 Spyder that Iíve read about its performance, I might give this buggy a shot if/when it released.

Since the track is an outdoor dirt track, the fact that the buggy will at least have straight arms as an option is a great addition. Iím surprised that the current SRX-2 never got them - at least I saw no mention of any when I was looking at Serpentís stable of vehicles.

Nope. Only option was the flat arm conversion. https://speedfreaksrc.com/en/serpent...arm-conversion

Best mod I ever did

Given that it already got press coverage in the UK, I hope that itís around the corner. If you count the F110 SF4 (which was released in mid-December), the recently released SRX8 Cobra Pro makes it the 6th car that Serpent has released in almost as many months! And TBH, Iíve been following Serpent the past few months since deciding and planning to make my return, and I almost feel like the Cobra Pro was Stealth-dropped! Letís see if it drops (Iím making the call now that it will be called the Spyder SRX-2 Pro, ha) in August.
