Have you looked up the OEM wheel size?

I don't know for sure on compatibility, but years ago I used to race on-road and there were some kids who brought their MERV's to race in the beginner class and they would put on 26mm touring wheels which were compatible for their MERV's which leads me to think that the tires you listed are no where close to being compatible with standard 2.2" buggy wheels.

Nope. Mini e-Revo wheels are 2.0 and buggy wheels are 2.2

The hot tire for oval racing at the club in my area is DE Racing pattern:
Oval Tires

They sell 2.2" specific wheels but you can trim the tires to fit standard 2.2" buggy wheels if you want, be sure to select the "Latemodel" style tires... there have been folks trying to run the Duratrax tires at our club but they are too hard of a compound which is good for longer tire life, but they don't come anywhere close to hooking up as well as the DE tires do. If you want a direct fit, then buy the 2.2" DE Wheels which are designed to fit standard 1/10 buggies.
