Associated Pro Rally 4x4: Has any body succeeded in keeping the front hinge-pins from popping out of the bushings? A&D plate is very tight and yet front hinge pins continue to pop out. Appreciate any suggestions.

Bushings worn out?
Hinge pins are actually the right length with no play in between plates and gearbox?
My guess is the chassis somehow flexes too much and the hinge pin bushings pop out of the gearbox/A/D plates.

Thank you.
I am beginning to suspect too much chassis flex also.
