Default kanai diff questions and other questions

I have a k 3 that I got last year and the guy I got it from said the lsd diffs are in the center and front, I want to change them to standard should I change both or just front? Its hard to handle around corners and rough spots so I was told to change them. What will I need for them just insides or will I have to change housings to or is anything inside them reuseable. I looked at them inside and they look in good shape. Also I have a top p5 and want to get a new cooling head for it which is the best for 50-60 dollar range? Also where is the best place to get hardcore racing stuff at?
Thanks

For your diffs, all you have to do is swap out the inner gears of the diff.
