Its a designated TLR E conversion kit for the nitro version I bet .

the 3.0 e truggy is bad ass already, ill be happy with just a upgrade kit and keep supporting the platform. Honestly there was nothing wrong with the 4.0 buggy and truggy series and the 3.0 e t. But I love new kits, i didn't need it but I love TLR and so excited for 2019...keep it fresh. I know it cost money but it really isn't as high compared to other hobbies.
