Maybe good alternative to do the front end mod since the sct part is out of stock.

I've seen a lot of different setups using different height shock towers. Can anyone advise what the tuning impact is of going to a taller or shorter tower?

Agreed. These look a lot better than the AE. Even with Loctite, the AE screws could find their way out...or, at least, loose.

Default Vision carbon fiber chassis

Good afternoon,
I just replaced the aluminum chassis in my 5.0 elite and I actually gained 10 grams. I thought the carbon fiber chassis would be lighter. Was I wrong or is this typical?

Sounds about right, when I swapped to the 22t carbon chassis on my 22 5.0 it gained 10 grams. It's more for extra rigidity when running on carpet, not for weight loss.

Is carpet the ideal surface for the carbon chassis, or would high grip clay be appropriate as well?

I stopped running the 22 5.0 a while ago...but, if I remember correctly, the CF is best for astro/carpet, and the aluminum is best for dirt/clay. There's nothing preventing anyone from using one chassis type on the other surface type...but, remember that the CF & aluminum chassis are designed to flex differently.

Even extremely high grip (sealed) clay tracks aren't on par with say a black carpet track traction wise so I'd say leave the carbon chassis for carpet tracks. Having run on both, if you're running on a sealed clay track just run stiffezel pieces to minimize flex, run stiffer springs and lower the ride height a few mms and you should be golden.

Question about rear toe --

I'm putting together the parts to run the 22x-4 rear arms. If I run the Vision Racing Minus One C-Block, what should my pills be if I want to keep the same toe? Should I keep the same toe? I was running 0 in both C and D. Running on high grip packed clay.
