What tire compound for indoor clay

I have been recently been having problems with tires wearing out very quickly. I run m4 super soft and the treads are wearing quickly. Clay compound is available at the track and was wondering if anyone has good experience with different tracks and tire compounds because I don’t have any income currently and don’t want to buy a bunch of tires that don’t work.

clay compound usually is the best tire on clay . look at what tires the "fast guys" run and you shouldn't go wrong . Sometimes different compounds will be better on clay but not often and if your on a tight budget and don't want to experiment with different compounds just stick with clay compound 95% of the time its the preferred compound on a clay track .

Back when our club was running on clay, I had experimented with several street compound tires with my SCT410 and I was getting about 15+ race days on a set of Dynamite Robbers, they were a pinch softer than ProLine Streetfighters and I used the most aggressive sauce I could find at the time which was StickyKicks Pink, I think they offer even more aggressive sauce these days. This combination worked very well on my wallet when compared to the buggy classes where we were going through a set of clay compound tires every race day, those were the most expensive classes to run just because of tire wear.
