Default OFNA Truggy Conversion???

My son owns an OFNA Ravager and wants to convert to a truggy. It's basically an OFNA 9.5 as most the parts are the same...

Does OFNA offer a truggy conversion?

you don't need longer arms to make a truggy, just get some hub extenders.

OFNA Wheel hub Extensions -- Now Shipping!!
A wider stance allows for greater control. Extend the width of your buggy or truck with these hot new wheel hub extensions in 15mm and 30mm lengths. These fit 8mm axles only.

#30058, 15mm Wheel Hub Extension
#30059, 30mm Wheel Hub Extension

Or if you want to use tmaxx size wheels:
New 14mm T-Maxx Wheel Adapters -- Now In!
Our new T-Maxx Hub Adapters will allow any 14mm wheels to fit on your OFNA buggy or truck. Rock the newest Prolines on your Hyper PCR... Stick a set of spinners on your Blazer if you want to.. you have options now!

Part #86000

However, OFNA is coming out with a RTR truggy that seems to based on the 9.5 components, so you may wait for the truck to come out so u can get its parts (such as chassis, center diff, longer universals) to convert ur 9.5 instead. http://www.ofna.com/mutilator.html

Hope it helps...

Great commercial, but I was unable to locate any of those parts on the website that is in your signature block...

So basically all I have to do is increase the length of the wheel hubs and it turns into a truggy? Can it be that EZ? I thought the suspension would have to change and possible the A Arms and shock mounts...

Commercial? I thought I was just listing the parts so u can order them from ur LHS or online, the link in my sig is just there for fun cuz the ppl of the shop are cool...
Anyways, extented wheel hubs are the very first approach for truggy conversion since they let u mount MT tires, the suspension geometry wont affect much, (even the X5T conversion for MBX5 uses extented hubs anyways).
Good luck with ur project.

I was just kidding... I hope you didn't take it wrong way... It just read like one (IMO which doesn't count 4 much)... Sorry about that...

I do appreciate the help though. I need to starting looking around.

Thanks again ogreasurada
