You need to shim the gears differently than the kit.
I found adding a 0.3mm shim behind the small input gear, with a 0.2mm shim on the diff gear side and a 0.1mm shim on the opposite side.
Dramatically quietens the car, and makes the drivetrain much more free.

Besercoe ,

I managed to run the buggy more quietly with your re-shim of drivetrain.

Mine is using slipper clutch

Thank you very much for giving me the guidance.

Really appreciated it

Quick question.

Has anyone successfully modify the rear wheel system, using rear wheel hub with 10x15x4mm & 5x13x4mm ball bearings?

There has been a server issue since they went on Chinese New Year Holidays (Essentially their Christmas)
Has been lots of info on Facebook, and distributor sites.

I have already received, built and ran the car on outdoor dirt.
Happy to answer any questions you may have.

Yes, the Australian kits come with a free centre gear diff, in addition to the kit slipper.

Check out the facebook group "Sworkz Racers Forum" for a video of its first club day.
