The advantage is you can change roll center washers by unscrewing the ball stud without popping off the ball cups. This should make the ball cups remain tighter and last much longer. Also, the super duty camber links are 3.5mm instead of standard 3mm so they are stronger. In addition the ball cups are much shorter so there is less chance they will bend like the stock Kyosho ones.

ZX7 is in the works since everyone has seen the body for it now. No word on RT7 or SC7. Everyone shout loud and hopefully they will make them.

How do you do that with what is shown on the RB7 without popping off the cups?

The stock Kyosho ball studs and ball cups you can't. I was referring to the use of Lunsford titanium ball studs and super duty turnbuckle kits. If you just get the Lunsford ball studs you can drill the the stock Kyosho ball cups to make adjustments without popping the cups.

Anyone been able to get the RB7 out on the track yet and get their opinion on it compared to the RB6.6? I'm trying to decide between picking up a RB6.6 on sale, or getting the RB7. Going to be running it on loose, bumpy dirt.

I just priced out the parts to upgrade a 6.6 to a 7. Chassis not included, it comes out to $98. Knock $27 off for a body if you keep your 6.6 body. I think I'll just upgrade mine.

Picking up my RB7 tomorrow. FIrst time running Kyosho since the original Ultima came out so its been a long time. I'm coming over from running a Schumacher KD and KC. Should be a nice change for me after 1 1/2 years running the KC. Can't wait to start building it this weekend.

Had been running a B6 then B6.1D, sold them and bought a Rb7, while I was waiting for that to arrive I bought a 2nd hand Rb6.6, put all the plastic rb7 parts on it and have run that twice on a medium/low grip dusty predominantly 8th scale track, Thing is miles better than the AE to me, can't wait to build the 7 with 4gear lay down and try it indoors, So far the 6.6/7 seems quick, stable and responsive to setup changes

Hi guys. Mainly been in the RB6.6 thread. Knew about the 7 but didn't want to wait, plus the killer sale AMain had on the 6.6, I couldn't say no to it. I'd love to fit the gullwing front arms to mine as I'm sure most of you will do. Think they will be a direct fit?
