(A repost. just need some advice)
Sorry this is a bit off the topic but i have about 13 tanks through a 421b and it seems to lack alot on the low end (compared to a couple of RBs and Vspecs). I put a 13tooth bell, jp1 pipe, good temps, fairly new purple alum ofna shoes w/1.0 springs, and #8novarossi plug. It doesnt seem to have that off the line power i've felt else where. When i pinch the fuel line it begins to die roughly 3 sec. after and bog if i lean the low end. Any suggestions would help. The weaker low end does help on slippery tracks and still allows me to hang with the good racers. Could it be the 20% nitro and/or is the plug too cold (novarossi #8)? I run in cool weather (San Francisco bay area).
thanks in advance
NO bottom end

Lighten up your clutch shoes go with some carbon shoes or blue alum. 1.1 springs. Switch to a MC59 plug see how that works. Oh yeh run 30% for sure, most race mills are shimmed to run 30%
