Welcome to the ET410 Wiki page.

  • 95% parts compatibility with the EB410 4WD 1/10th scale buggy.
  • Updated 3mm 7075 CNC chassis and revised A and B hinge pin braces.
  • 13mm hard anodized threaded shocks with locking spring perches.
  • New 32 pitch spur gear for ultimate durability
  • 3.5mm shock shafts with revised dual guide x-ring cartridge.
  • 7075 CNC machined adjustable hinge pin brace system.
  • Three high volume fluid-filled adjustable differentials.
  • Lightweight 7075 tapered center driveshafts.
  • Quick access to differentials and maintenance friendly layout.
  • Captured CVA front and rear driveshafts with heavy duty 6mm stub axles.
  • Fully ball raced reverse bellcrank steering system.
  • Uses 1/10th AE Offset Stadium Truck or Traxxas Slash Short Course offset wheels.
For you guys all discussing what power plant to run, I would take note of the following statement from Matt W.

Matt - Probably would recommend a 10.5 for something similar to 13.5 in a buggy. I personally run a 6.5 in it and itís pretty fast. Pro4 4600 will run in it but it has a lot of power and will need to be turned down in the esc.

I think you have to have 10 posts first.

You probably are not doing it in a supported fashion. Your best bet is to go to your profile page and create an album, upload the photos, and then post. When you want to, click the photo icon and select from your album.

BTW, questions like this should go into the newbie area, not in a specific topic like Tekno ET410.

Hey guys has anyone looked at running heavier springs and if so what type. I currently run the red springs front and back and need to go heavier. The AE SC10 springs are 13mm and are heavier but the they are to long.

Cut the AE springs to size and try them out.

I tried my new ET410 our this weekend at our local clay track. This thing is an absolute blast to drive.

I am using a Hobbywing 3660 4300kv four pole motor. It is way over powered, so I turned the EPA down to 55% for my seven year old to drive. The motor & ESC come in warm to the touch after a full pack (14min).

So so far I just changed the shock oils, Iím going to change out the front diff oil to 20k and see how it drives.

I did change my setup already though. I pulled the Reedy 510r out of my B64 and put it in the ET410 with a Speedzone 5.0 turn. I'll see how it goes.

What is a good sensor wire length to get? I had a longer one(no idea on exact length for I had it in my spare parts bin) for my EB410(bought used)and had to route it to get rid of the slack and looks like crap. Iím building a ET now and want to do it right.

I like to use a flat(ribbon style) sensor wire, and then fold it back on itself and heatshrink it nicely. I tcked mine between the ESC and the motor and haven't had any issues.

tkge and FastPete like this.

My friend is using 30, 15, and 10 diff oil, and nobody can catch him, and we have very fast drivers.

they have all lengths available. Usually good to go with the 30mm longer than the distance between both sensor ports on the motor and ESC and you can loop it towards middle of the chassis to keep it hidden from sight

Really want one of these but keep contemplating if a B64 would be better since its races more at the track closest to me.

depends if youíre racing or not. But it has to be hands down one of the easiest to drive fast and most fun to drive car out there. I just posted my fastest ever lap time with the truggy, even better than my EB410 with a 5.5.

Thereís a good number of ET410 owners (20-25) at my local track but it seems the ďracersĒ still havenít adopted them. There still isnít a dedicated class for them
