I replaced a Tekin RX8 Gen 2 with the SCT and I feel it runs a littler better honestly. Could be just me.

still using the Tekin motor with the SCT? If so do you run the ESC in full sensor mode?

Do you think that use the rear extra weight balance of +20g. can help on the Ecos? or is not necessary because the extra weight of the lipos is enought to get a good rear traction?

Iím running a 470g 5400mah HV battery, and the 20g helps a little for me. The car rotates better mid corner and has more traction on power.

Without the extra weight, my car weights 3400g ready to run, which is lighter than a nitro mbx8 with a full tank of fuel.

I am running a 8000 mah lipos about 640gr., the weight of the batteries determines if could be necessary or not

Default Help for some measurments!

Can someone help me with some measurements that I'm looking for?

Since Iím not able yet to upload any pictures, Iíll try to be clearÖ
I'm looking for the length of the widest and smallest section in the middle part of the chassis. Where the plastic side guards attach to the chassis.
Iím also looking for the distance between those two measurements from one end to the other end also where the plastic guards attach.

Thank you for your help!

Anyone running the zero rebound M2C shock caps? How do you like them if so? Thinking about running those and the VRP Gamechanger pistons.

I have them and i don't use them anymore. It works but i have had lot of problems after a few runs. There was significant pressure build up, so te rebound went from zero to almost 100%. Wen't back to the original shock caps and problem disappeared immediately.

no. The mbx8 uprights are made to fit the 8x16mm bearings on the inside of the hub, so they are universal. Just get some extra 8x16x5mm bearings.
