The D413 could be a good option. A bunch of people run them at my club and some will no doubt be upgrading to the new one when that finally makes it down here so there could be some coming up secondhand.

Of the 3 American brands, I think the B64 is the most durable.

At the local club in my area, the 2 most popular brands are TEKNO and XRay, I've seen a few other brands sprinkled in but durability is about a wash between TEKNO and XRay and both are equally competitive in the hands of drivers of comparable skill.
Main reason I choose to run TEKNO is because they offer a lifetime 50% warranty for any broken/worn parts (including OEM bodies) mailed into them with no questions asked.making TEKNO the least expensive brand to maintain that I have ever owned
Although if your track has an on site shop, then I would only pick a brand that has local parts support.
