Blurb says 3 gear transmission for opposite motor rotation but doesn't it just end up rotating the same way it would if the spur was on the pulley shaft? I assume given the diffs are small and the pulleys relatively large the 3 gears are to get the internal ratio in a good range?
Is there going to be an option to use different gears there to change internal ratio for restricted motor classes? Also any plans for plastic gears for diff internals? I saw alloy shafts listed in option parts but not lighter gears.

We are testing plastic internal diff gears now. All goes well I will post link to availability etc

Does anyone have a list of the option parts from the K2 that still will work?
For example:
- The Alloy Yokes have a different part number, but will the old work?
- Rear Hubs I'm assuming still work even though new part number?
- No change the front Tower mount is the same as the new rear tower mount?
- The arms are different, but will the old ones fit?
Anyway just curious if anyone has a list? Just like to know what I'd need to keep and what I can get rid of !

Wow healthy price tag $549.00 pre order @ AMain. I hope that changes a little bit cuz this is one sexy buggy. A lot of new designing went into this 4WD buggy. How has the testing been going Tony Newland?

Is Schumacher the first manufacturer to use a center pivot for this type of ackerman design ?
I don't remember, but it seems they are the first to use it.
We know that the older system was non symmetric, with different steering results between right and left wheel, but many other brands told me it is insignificant...
It seems that Schumacher prefer this design now !
I will continue to monitor this on other brands futur models...

The belts seem to be made out of a different material. I wonder if they cause less friction and are more durable than the old belts.
