Trinity is alive and doing well and does have brushes showing in stock on their site so I would call their customer service tomorrow morning. And no company has ever blew by them in technology their products are currently awesome especially the motors and batteries and for years totally believe that I have had an advantage running the product and have proved it to myself every time that I borrow someone else's radio that does not have the product! The motors and batteries are second to none on a league of their own vs every product that is currently on the market!

Many of the manufacturers that arrived to the party early brought the same mass produced rebrands while Trinity was having Jim Dieter develop the specs for their brushless line to have produced. The Pulses although some of the spec motors had some initial issues had a noticeably different feel then the others from the start. The motors were faster and also more drivable than most others and at major events I have witnessed the pros with other brands struggle to get a good feel from them initially especially in a 2wd buggy. In fairness I also have witnessed Trinity drivers struggle during that time bc they were running similar winds and were almost too fast.Times have evolved and things have been learned as well as speed control technology and almost anything can be made to feel good.

I have been a loyal Trinity customer for over a year now. And now I'm leaving the patch, after I had 2 of my motors fail due to poor assembly of the solder tabs. Over time they start wiggling around and they touched together and shorted out the motor. Also, it does not make sense that you have to pay $80 more to get the 5% certified, shouldn't all motors come like that? Seems to be like printing money. You need the monster 17.5 certified to compete with other 17.5's that cost around the usual $100 mark. Batteries are also ridiculously priced. Now I get they have great support but most other brands do aswell. For now, I am going to be switching to R1 Wurks for motors.
