I'm running on indoor clay. We run 5-8 min mains.
Thanks!

I would recommend team powers (because that's what I run) but I have also heard good things about the gens ace, orion, and protek batteries. Personally, I wouldn't get the low profile batteries and would get full size. It's more consistent that way.

I will go with trinity certified white carbon lipo. for stock racing internal resistance name of game. proteck is good but some lihv internal resistance is high like 1 of mine came with 3,4 ohms. you need lower than 2 ohms. It's better to buy tested one to make sure, if you want best. no guess or luck on trinity certified... that mean none certified ones crap I guess lol.

I run Orion 5000mah 110C shorty packs in my Lazer ZX6 and Ultima RB6.6 in 17.5T blinky class (use the same ones in f1 and 21.5T blinky touring car as well). I find them really good and a lot at my clubs use them too. Never had an issue with them fading at the end of a race or anything, always got plenty left at the end. I charge them between races but could probably do a whole race day without charging them.

I just bought two of these batteries from Fantom recently, for my Fantom V2R 17.5 powered TLR 22 4.0 and they work great. Not a bad price at $66 dollars each either.
5000mAh, 100C-160C, 7.4v, 2-Cell, SHORTY, MaxV-SPEC Silicon Graphene LiPo

The RCJuice Low IR line of LiPo batteries are awesome all around but even more so for stock racing. No shortage of power with these batteries and the price is better than pretty much anything else on the market. I checked them with an IR meter and they are legit.

I am using a HobbyStar 5200 100C hard case LiPo battery and found a noticeable increase in performance over ProMatch, Gens Ace and SMC LiPo batteries. The last time I checked, it was around 2.2 ohms but this reading can sometimes be taken with grain of salt since just adjusting and cleaning the bullet plugs can get it lower. Just taking the bullet connectors in and out of pretty much any battery will lower the IR slightly.
