Default Tlr quality control

Whats up with TLR'S quality? In the past 2 months I have bought a 22- 4 2.0, one cv was bad, horizon sent new part, got to the rear shock build, threads one shock bodys threads was bad, again horizon sent a set of shock bodies, great customer service. Now I got a ten scte 3.0 kit, 2 of the shock caps have bad threads, really Team Losi, you need to check quality control at your manufacturing plants.

I can see this going in the wrong direction quickly so I am going to close this for now but not before I provide my two cents.

It seems as though they are working with you on the problems you are having which is good. I personally think you have had some bad luck lately. Hopefully it will turn around for you soon.
There is great need for a sarcasm font.

You never know when it will strike, but there comes a moment at work when you know that you just aren't going to do anything productive for the rest of the day.

Sometimes I post just to look at my avatar.
