I'm confused, I see an "E" in the product name implying this is electric and layout pics which show electric, but the box art shows it as a nitro
If they're gonna take a short cut on box art, it makes me question what other short cuts have been taken?
For example, I have owned many 1/10 HoBao cars in the past, and I found it necessary to completely rebuild each car. None of the rubber seals were properly greased, no thread lock used and they used some sort of thick grease to pack the diffs instead of regular diff fluid. The springs and pistons needed to be re-tuned with generally poor box stock setup for loose pack outdoor tracks.
I'd like to know what has changed with this release, are there any pro-setup sheets or is this geared for the basher in mind?

i think hobao did a good job, except for the diffs filled with some kind of grease...

glad to hear they're using thread lock on this kit, though I'm surprised they are using a red thread lock, I have to wonder if it's a medium strength that might be colored red from a different generic brand that doesn't use the same color strength chart as Loctite brand?

the same thread lock was used on the hyper mt+ monster truck i bought.
