Anybody know if Team Associated has any plans to come up with a new 2 wheel drive buggy? Reason I'm asking is because they are on sale at A Main Hobbies for $249 and I'm thinking about buying one. Problem is with my luck I'll find out the reason it's on sale is because they're going to be releasing a new model. I hate buying something just so something new comes out the next day! LOL.

hard to tell last couple years seems associated has been playing catch up instead of leading,imo. Always had associated for about 30 years. Plus, like the iphone comes out with a new model every year for sales. New model equals sales. On the same note, associated has good stuff, you dont need the latest model to win.

Local talk from my local track/hobby shop owner is of the release a new car it will just be a worlds edition type car and not necessarily a “new” car

As FPMX772 mentioned. The talk here has been the same too. I think it'll most likely be a B6.1 because looking at the timeline of the B4. That became a B4.1, B4.1 worlds, B4.2 then finally after years the B5 came out

New car...I doubt it. Maybe a kit that includes some of the additional tuning parts that everyone ends up getting separately all in one box is a possibility for sure. Brent mentions that there are new parts coming soon at the last JConcepts INS race (rear arms with the third hole).
