Does anyone notice a difference between running the 8 degree front hubs and the 10 degree ones? If you notice a difference, what is it/are they?

Personally I like to keep this guide and the 2wd version in my binder:

http://site.petitrc.com/setup/xray/S...etupHelper.pdf

The description of waht the change does is basically what i experienced with other vehicles, both on and offroad.

For me I found that moving to the 10deg just calmed it down abit. Allowed an old bugger like to me push the car much harder. Mechanically you can look at the tuning guides to see what you “should” notice but like I said I can simply put it as it is more calm.
btw in case you were not aware you do not need to go with Aluminum the Bmax/yz4 plastics are 10deg

I’m not sure that anyone responded to your question. For me on reasonably high bite Clay track I am at 10k - 200k - 7k

They do offer a 5.5mm ball stud set. I just put one on mine. I also race at Kelly Lunsfords home track so they might not be in stores yet.

thanks flr the post I found it very informational. I’ll keep that with me from now on. Usually I just make small adjustments take it on the track and see if I like it or not. It’s nice to know what I should expect from things, might save me some time in testing.

Thanks. I may just have to give them a try and see if I like it or not.

battery strap options for YZ4 SF, need one with access to balance battery port. Or I guess I could drill out carbon fiber stock one. Maybe one for XB4 or B64 ?

Anyone using the YZ2-T rear shock body to get more droop? Had a local racer talking about it recently. I've got this thing pretty dialed but I'm always looking for new advantage

Haven't heard of that. There are some people in the area running YZ2T front shocks in the rear though.

Maybe that's what I'm thinking of, to limit droop not give it more

we're running max droop on the rear of the car right now. In fact if you look at the Reedy setups, they are using 3mm inboard and outboard with 29mm droop on the alum hubs. That will make it so that your ball cups barely clear the rims at full droop.

Hi all,

Interested in getting the car but wondering how the durability is of the car?
