This is it, the one that fits best.

I think some more information might help us help you. What setup are you running? Tires? Maybe a youtube video of the track you race at?

What I remember is the chassis is 2mm longer, so has different mud guards that include the fan mount. Also, rear arms have holes to mount the rear shocks in front. Body was also changed to allow space for when shocks are in front without having to cut as you would a 3.0 body.

There is a decent amount that was changed. Try reading the first couple pages of this thread. Also look at the product on TLR's website for detailed descriptions.

Yes, the gear diffs will fit the 3.0. I'd go with the new G2 diff though.

I saw in Reno Savoyas latest post on his Facebook page a picture of his truck, where it looks to me that he is running the Spindels and Ackermann arms from the 5.0 Buggy? Can anyone confirm this? What is the effect handlingwise? I mainly run on carpet and Astroturf, so would this be a good choice? Iīm not a member of FB, so I couldnīt ask there...
Thanks!

Default Podium

After being off sick for a few weeks and a cancellation or 2, i was finally able to run my mod 22T 4.0 on carpet and wound up on the podium for the first time in 3rd place. I've ran SCT and buggy on dirt and carpet/turf since i started a few years ago and only made the A main once and didn't even know it at the time. Truck gave me the confidence to keep in there even after blowing both front hubs in practice. No more problems since the repairs and finished the day feeling good about moving outside to turf in the next few weeks. Thanks for making a confident and able truck. We'll see where it goes from here.

Hello,

Yes, I can confirm that.
During second round of french nats in Grenoble on last week-end (Astroturf, with rain during the sunday morning), his car was very fast (and even faster on the dry track on saturday!).
He explained me that he was also using the steering of the 5.0 buggy (a minor triming was necessary to avoid contact between the servo arm and the bulkhead).
In order to have a good steering feeling, he also gave me the info to unscrew of 1mm the small screws located on caster blocks.

Have a nice day!
