HB Racing D418 - 1/10 4WD Buggy
#1

As more and more information starts to trickle in as the 2017 Worlds draw closer, I think it may be time for a separate D418 thread. I’m including some of the pictures of the hybrid prototype from http://eos.redrc.net/2017/10/chassis-focus-david-ronnefalk-4 that were posted in the 413 thread and a new YouTube video Ronnefalk posted on his Facebook page.

Should be good. He's usually better with the wheeler than the 2wd.

D.R. Looking good so far with his HB Prototype.

Looking at the overall design of this buggy, it’s amazing how many similarities there are (chassis and layout aside). Wondering how much will actually change when the D418 goes into production. Photos from JConceps Facebook feed.

That track in the video towards the top of this thread is awesome, I bet they have some killer layouts there. Davids buggy looked awesome on that track(in china too). The buggy still looks over complicated tho, a,b,c,d block inserts don't look like fun still as well as f/r diff access. Most times when I see these buggy's in action they look a little loose but fast. They seem like a good car for aggressive drivers.

This is the vid of worlds https://youtu.be/iLZ4iH48jwE almost seems they could sell a conversion kit. Kinda shady of Ryan not to get out of his way at the end. This is a2 of ifmar worlds. David wins. He qualified 2nd. https://youtu.be/2T68rY9N5CA

Not too shabby. Ronnefalk podiums with his HB prototype, finishing 2nd at the Worlds. He took the win in A2, requiring the A3 to decide the champ. Ultimately, Maifield would be crowned champ. Kudos to HB for a great effort. Excited to see the future of HB’s 1/10 wheeler.

I wouldn’t count on this buggy to come out this year from what I heard even though it should be . So i wouldn’t sell off the D413 it’s still good and competitive .
