anything will break if its hit right. start with the stock chassis.. and see. no sense in upgrading if you can't drive right? the stock chassis is plenty strong.

i wasnt going to upgrade right away. but i plan on racing it in the future, and graphite chassis will be lighter then the plastic tub. has anyone used this chassis though?

lots of people use graphite chassis o ntheir revo at my track and it holds strong. but this is thinner i believe. do you think it will last with good driving and not many if any hard wrecks?

I got my Dark Impact today, I bought it used so it came completly built, and I threw one of my race packs in it and ran it in the yard. If I take off hard or stop quick I'm hearing a grinding noise as if plastic gears are slipping? It sounds as if it's coming more from the front. Could the diff be built improperly, or what do I need to look for? Thanks

I staed mine out with a 5800SS+ systm, it was working fine but I had to cut the shell to get it in there.

I'm now running a 23T Tamiya Type R and it seems to like the slower motor a lot more

EDIT:Stupid wireless keyboard batteries are almost dead

my 17 turn is a whole lot faster then the motor it came with. and that was like a 25 turn or somethign i think. what about mamba max system? d oyall think it could take that? im going to be putting a slipper on it too so i will have less of a chance to strip gears.
