1/35 scale Orlandoo micro crawler builds

AWESOME micro size 1/35 R/C crawler!
Yay! i finally bought one...suppose to arrived early as my own Christmas present. It took me about 12 hours of build just to assemble this tiny jeep! But the final product was rewarding! I painted flat yellow, brown tops, with gun metal color fender and added some weathering like color to make the jeep body looks a bit old and worn out for scale looks. Electronic are stock except with upgraded alloy wheelsets and knobby tyres. Will post my cool video in action later.

Btw just go ahead enjoy my gallery photo of my 1/35 scale Orlandoo OH35A01 4WD Jeep build here: http://www.supermotoxl.com/resources...01-4wd-crawler
Will dump more photos and media soon. :)

1/35 scale Orlandoo micro crawler build

Today i workout on tidy up the wiring, remove heavy stuff and lower the CG. Now the interior Jeep looks well arranged, tidy and the lower CG helped the Jeep to have better side ways tilt angle for stable crawling. The weight also been reduced too which makes it easy to climb obstacles. Will post another video in action again soon to show much of its improvement after some mods.

Sharing my other project to compliment the recent Orlandoo Jeep. Just completed my micro size 1:40 scale 4x4 Hummer R/c crawler based on Yokomo nanoqlo kit. Here's direct comparison between the popular 1:35 scale Orlandoo OH35A01 Jeep and 1:40 scale Nanoqlo mod kit the Hummer.

Rocksta is like micro version of AX-10 style chassis that can crawl almost at extreme angle of axle articulation, will crawl almost anything and climb anything...unstoppable Orlandoo is much of a scale crawling micro version of SCX-10, doesn't do serious crawling just enough to scale over small bumps and minimal axle articulation to keep it realistic driving. For me its great to have both crawler since each one is a different kind of animal.

Would you happen to have a link to the Toyota FJ?

I bought the kit version of the rocksta a long time ago, but haven't had a chance to build it yet partly because my idea of how I want it built keeps changing, but your comparison of both is exactly what I was expecting them to be, so thanks for the confirmation. :)

I didn't buy it online. I bought that Toyota FJ at local shopping center, i just stumble upon and buy it on the spot since its very rare item to see one around.
