Yes, I'm using the stock rod-ends, but I have the optional steel pivot-balls installed in them.

However, the SCX10 II isn't really a good comparison for the Bomber. On my Wraith I have a link kit from BlueMonkeyRC that uses Traxxas rod-ends, which thread directly onto the links, no set-screws involved. That is definitely a better setup for a heavier, faster vehicle like the Wraith or the Bomber.

Like I said in the urc thread, I'm so stealing your light idea.

What kind of tape is that that you used to attach the lights? Is that that aluminum tape?

Is that a little Wenkel engine that you have it parked on?

Do you have a link to the vanquish diff locker? All I have found from them is a diff spool.

Yes, it's aluminum tape. I like it because the aluminum can stretch a little to conform to the surface, so it doesn't peel-off over time.

Yes, it's an O.S. 49-PI wankel engine. Hopefully someday I'll figure out a way to actually use one.

This is the Vanquish spool I used on the rear axle: Vanquish SCX10-II Spool - Vanquish Products

You mean it is an actual engine that works? I thought it was just like one of those keychain deals. That is pretty cool.

Oh okay that was the one I found when looking around.

Yep, it's an actual engine that works. Or it would work if I reinstalled the front plate.

If you want extra protection, consider installing the Double Rock Slider Bar from ScalerFab (idea stolen from CompetitionX). You may need to shed quite a lot of material away from the stock slider if you want to keep the waterproof receiver box.
