Default Motor/ESC for Tamiya Bruiser

Anyone recommend ESC/Motor combo for Tamiya Bruiser?
I haven't run a brushed setup for over 10 years but am looking at the Tekin FXR ESC w/Pro 30T motor. Would this be a good combo? What about brushless combos? Most setups a see are Novak. Are they the main ones that do brushless systems for crawlers?

Holmes hobbies and team brood are the two biggest crawler motor manufacturers.

Holmes torquemaster br-xl is one of the best esc's getting around (its essentially a sidewinder sv3 with a 5a bec though).

Novak motors are ok, their esc's are pretty average though. I use a rooster crawler in my scx10, though I wouldnt recommend it. Pretty average low end control and is 2s max (though I've been running it on 3s with a castle bec no problems so far).

I'm assuming its a re-re? something around a 35t-45t would be great. whats the budget like?

Justock and a 21.5 brushless, turned down some...perfect for anything, and very smooth

I run a fxr in my scx10 and trail finder 3 years now and not a single issue I would do a 35 trunk motor though
