I had no trouble in loose dirt on a 40* incline on my scx10 with od/ud gears and a ROC410 3100kv on 3s. I had to drive it carefully, and not hammer it, but they worked awesome on anything that day. It was unstoppable.

ok my scx10 with ud gears in rear and a mmp with holmes trailmaster 3100kv vp 1.9 wheels with rock beasts awesome tire on rocks grass hard packed soil with a bit of throttle on inclines it will go up digs in well but I still have a soft spot for swampers good all round tire too

There is no right answer for this, and you're going to get 100 different answers. Different tires work better in different situations, really it comes down to what size you want, what kind of tire you like the looks of, and cost.

Agree that Proline TSL's are a great tire, as are the Pits.

If scale looks are not that big a deal, Hot Bodies Sedona's are excellent tires as well. (run them on mine) - seem to grip everywhere, and the not so scale tread will clear out easily in mud.

The stock deadbolt is not a heavy rig, I'd pass on upgrading the foams right away. $30-40 is a chunk, especially on top of new tires. Run the stockers and see how they do. If they sag/roll over, then look to upgrade.

+1 with osrc. Ask 5 people and you will get at least 3 different answers.

Me - the swamper tsl's. A great all around tire.

The pitbulls are great but seem to lack in wet or loose conditions. Solid dry rock tire but seem to gum up real easy when moist.

Has anyonw tire the hotracing lift kit? I plan to use it to lower my scx10 with my 2.2 will the hotracing lift kit also be used to lower?
