Change the suspension spacer set up to minimize torque twist or experiment with suspension fluids. Trim the body, those tires will rub against the fenders during heavy chassis articulation. Here is mine getting into water..https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RZC3...feature=relmfu

Ao many mm spacer do you have, and wich oil do you use?
Do you know ir there's other brand that the spares work on this?

First and foremost! Get better tires - IMO Rovers or Sedonas. They are taller, so you increase your ground clearance. The better rubber compounds/tread patterns will stick to the rocks better. That is probably the best investment for that crawler you will make. Not that expensive, and they get better with age and wear.

Move your electronics and battery off the top. Get them as low and forward as possible. They are the heaviest thing on the chassis. Move then to the axles or upper links. It will drastically lower your center of gravity. Smaller battery would help also. Yes, it shortens run time, but your side hilling and climbing will improve greatly.

It looks a lot like a AX10. One of the best mods that I did was to rotate the skidplate so the transmission is flipped. Spur gear in the front rather than out back. Greatly reduced torque twist (TT). You will notice TT when you accelerate hard from a stop, or climbing a long hill. It lifts the front passenger tire under load. Flipping the skid and tranny will reduce that greatly. Thus, keeping the tires planted on the ground. Hope I don't need to explain how that is better.

Those are some free or very cheap mods that you can do now to make the most difference.

Oh and your rig is too clean, the best 'mod' that you can make is practice, practice, practice! Crawlers are meant to be 'well loved'!

And, enjoy it. They are sooo much fun.

Hate to advertise another forum on here, but check out RCCrawler.

http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/

The amount of crawler info and knowledge on that site will blow your mind.

Have fun.

Please note, that when I said 'well loved,' I definitely did not mean abused. My go slows are well maintained and cleaned. But the love comes in the form of rock rash from being pushed, not beaten.

Default axial off brand

You can use most ax10 parts on it since its just a off branded axial ax10. If you want to convert it into a scale rc truck you can purchase either a axial scx10 chassis or buy a tcs xtrail chassis. What website did you purchase this crawler from?
