new lid for the dingo
|
Going to cut the wheel wells out more?
|
gonna have to. there only 3.5". thinking a set of dingo flairs will let me cut em out and cover up the cuts so i keep a good looking wheel well
|
looks good, and the dingo flares would set it perfect i think.
|
Is that the Proline Chevy Blazer?

the dingo flairs aren't going to work like i want em to. ill have to cut all the molded in flairs off and then the flairs will go all the way to the body line. i don't think that will look right so im gonna scrap that idea |

If you were to spray the outside with grey primer w/ the white top, it would look almost exactly like my old K-5 Blazer. If I get a Dingo, I'm going to have paint one of these up.

Not meaning too thread jack but here is a picture of my scx10 / k5 with flares.
I only removed about a 1/4" off the front. http://i1236.photobucket.com/albums/...s/IMAG1430.jpg |
ended up building flairs, a roof rack with canoe holder, a small sub enclosure that hooks to my ipod, strapping a bike to the back and putting in a clodbuster grill
im gonna take it out for a nice beating Saturday iv never worked with styrene before, so there far from perfect http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e1...ondz/rack3.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e1...mondz/rack.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e1.../Photo1435.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e1.../Photo1436.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e1.../Photo1418.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e1.../Photo1423.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e1.../Photo1432.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e1.../Photo1433.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e1.../Photo1444.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e1.../Photo1443.jpg http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e1...mondz/bike.jpg |
