I bought one of these and my son in law is wanting to buy one also.
I wanted to find out if we would be able to run both trucks together.

As long as they are 2.4ghz you are good to go.

Or if your sons set is AM, or FM, you'll be fine.
You will only have clashes if there are other FM or AM users on the same channel as you within range of your TX and Rx.
If you go 2.4ghz, you will be clash free. Up to 80 users can be on 2.4ghz within range before a clash is even possible.
