If you are going to compete, than don't go losi night crawler. If you plan on competing then I would rcomend the losi comp crawler. I have had two moa(bully and berg) and keep going back to my losi comp crawler. I think that the night crawler Is a good start.

MOA is not the right choice for everyone. I prefer a shaft driven rig. Face it real trucks have driveshafts.
With that being said, the crawler you are looking at does come ready to run but has plastic links that will wad up when the suspension is in a bind. If you want the Losi go with the kit, or look at the ax10. The ax10 is very popular and has more aftermarket options than any crawler IMO.

Yes, the Nightcrawler is worth the money. You will be way ahead in the long run if you go strait to the LCC where you get the dig, better shocks, and aluminum links.
If you would like to stay with a shafty, the LCC is the best on the market. By the time you upgrade an Axial to the level a LCC comes out of the box, you will have spent 150 to 200% more then the LCC.
If MOA is an option, the Losi can be altered to run as one.
