Default $249 losi rock rey build.

Picked this for $249 on Black Friday. I was going to keep this a budget build but decided not to. Instead I'm going to do basic items to help with durability.
I plan on changing out wheels/ tires, body to start with.

I love my Rock Rey. First vehicle I've driven in many years that actually makes me a little nervous to drive.

One thing that sucks with this truck is that it is a pain if you need to work on something, it's like working on a hpi savage

It's definitely not the easiest thing to work on. Lol. However, compared to the Axial Exo buggy I had years ago, this one isn't SO bad....

That's why I'm doing all the work I need to right away as long as it's apart.

As long as it's apart is getting a 1210 servo and a metal horn.

Since it isn't a budget build, I suggest you buy a titanium screw kit and titanium adjustable turnbuckles for it. Weight reduction, increased durability, and tuning options.

Titanium screws is defiantly lighter but I would not say they are stronger. They tend to snap a lot easier then traditional steel screws.

Been bashing around with it, I ended up installing the rc4wd axle housing.
