Could be very challenging to find that configuration, may have to make it yourself. You can search google for "sub C NiMH battery" to get places to buy individuals. Or search "7 cell NiMH battery" to get ready made packs. I did a quick search but didn't find any that were configured exactly like yours.

I would look for a 2S lipo pack made for racing quadcopters. You should be able to find some that are more "square", which looks like what you need.

Looks like heck to me. Is there some reason why you can't use an ordinary 2 cell Lipo in the ordinary 6 pack configuration.?

Taking a longer look at your pics, I would have to ask if you considered using saddle packs that are commonly used in on road pan cars. My saddle packs are approx. 70mm long x 46mm wide x 18mm wide. 3200 mah. larger mah sizes are available.

Can't find a same 7-cell NiMh saddle pack configuration.
MaxAmps carries 6-cell and 8-cell NiMh saddle packs designed for mounting on crawler axles specifically.
You might want to check the voltage requirement on the ESC and receiver if it can handle the 8-cell, the 6-cell should be fine but with a little less power punch as compared to the 7-cell.
Hope this helps.

6-cell saddle pack
8-cell saddle pack

A 1300 mAh 2s should fit there without any problems.
