Assassin

We can use this to discuss the Assassin. I have a question, will corally continue to manufacturer the Assassin or will it be phazed out due to the RDX. I am worried about parts availablity.....

What are the reccommended springs for oval racing on the Assassin? (asphalt) Thanks

is this for the chassis with the batteries on the left or on the right?

Given that the RDX uses most of the suspension components of the Assassin, and the fact I can still buy parts for my old C4.1, we can assume Corally will continue parts support for the Assassin.

Cheers

Hi all ,

Just swapped a TC3 ft for a Pro-Stock Assassin, my problem is the manual is for the original car, I have noticed the chassis to be more like the RDX, and the arms are short molded ones just like the RDX.
Was this the last config of the Assassin before releasing the RDX?

I've been looking all over the net for info on this car, but only finding very small amounts.

I can follow the manual I have, but want to make sure I'm building it right.
I have raced off and on since 93 so I know what i'm doing with most things.

Also the car had a spare top deck, 1 has Corally cut in to it, the other is narrower.

Thanks in advance for any help.

as far as i know, everything for the prostock assassin is identical to the regular one, except the chassis is narrower and gives better weight distribution. you should be able to use the manual with complete success. i would use the topdeck that has corally machined in it, if it lines up with the holes in the other one, then just look at the thickness of the topdeck material. if you are unsure, call Corally USA or Superior Hobbies.
