Just a heads up that Sweep Racing will be making an impact in western Canada in the RCPro series in Alberta with the first of four races taking place the 3rd weekend in May. Team Mad Scientist drivers will be there in full force and all of us will be using the Sweep Racing line of tires. I will keep you guys updated as we will be doing our first test sessions next week.
Thanks...........Dwayne Flodell and Team Mad Scientist

It has come to our attention that some hobby shops are buying on clearance through a big distributor non US branded tires and are selling them as Sweep Racing USA products. These tires do not meet the specs we have placed for the US market in 2009. Those tire sets marketed as "pre-mounted" are not pre-glued like our US version of tires. Sets that Sweep Racing USA imported clearly marked "pre-glued" also only the Sweep USA version come with the Dupont nylon wheels called "EXP" those are the visual difference consumers or dealers can find before make the purchase. Best way to ensure you are getting the right product is buy direct from us or from our retailers on the list http://www.sweepracingusa.com/retailers.php

The Glen Burnie parking lot is also a low to med. grip asphalt. Here is a video from the last TCS at Glen Burnie so you can get an idea of the surface.

June 19th was Oahu's Aloha Tower race held at the annual "Build the track event and car show". It's a great opportunity to bring RC out to others and get them interested. The classes were: 17.5 rubber, F-1, mini Cooper, and 18Rs. The track was kinda small but very technical with a short strait. My mini Cooper wore Sweep 33s and my 17.5 sedan wore Sweep real blue 32s. Both my cars were dialed all day with me resetting TQ in each round in F1, Cooper, and 17.5! I took the "W" in those classes as well. My tires performed flawlessly and made reliable traction run after run. I used buggy grip to clean the tires and Sweep outdoor traction additive, dialed! Overall, a great day of racing with Oahu's best drivers at a great event. Big shouts out to Race world Hawaii and Sandy Flemmings Fast Electrics for sponsoring the event and Burt Hooker for putting it all together. Mahalo!
