The official t-shirts and pit towels are now completed. These shirts will be on sale starting Friday August 31st.

I'm told these towels are larger in size and leave less "fuzz" when you use them to dry tires for example. Each paid entry will receive one of these pit towels for free until supplies last. If you pre-paid your entry fees then you will have one set aside for you.

1 day left till the 2012 Shootout and we have added another great sponsor. Genesis R/C Products is our 43rd confirmed sponsor and they are donating one of their newest offerings, this 48p pinion holder. In fact it is so new that only JConcepts driver Dave Duncan even has one at this point! So make sure to stop by his pit and check it out this weekend.

Plus they will donating a gift certificate for one of their great looking customizable off-road pit boards like the one shown in the image above.

You can read my race recap over on the Car Action homepage with this link: http://www.rccaraction.com/?p=231555
That story doesn't have all the images that I shot that weekend. I uploaded those to a user's Photobucket and here are the links:
Friday - http://s487.photobucket.com/albums/r...view=slideshow
Saturday - http://s487.photobucket.com/albums/r...view=slideshow
Sunday - http://s487.photobucket.com/albums/r...view=slideshow
Finally, I'm uploading all the videos I shot to a local RC site's YouTube page. It will take most of the day to do this but here is the link to the playlist: http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list...omdqSoSQPeCWE-
Thanks to all of our sponsors and racers that attended this year's Shootout!
