Default how is the racing at RC Hobbies in Lonetree?

I have seen the track recently and it looks sweet. Too bad there's always snow lately!!! But has anybody raced there...? How is it and is it competitive? Do a lot of people race?

I was out there playing a few weeks ago and the track is pretty beat up.

From what I heard though, they get some pretty good racing during the spring/summer, but I've yet to actually race there. Hopefully with my new 1/8fff that will change.

I've only been down there during racing, have never raced there (Uber Muddy). From what I've heard they are going to do a track rebuild soon? There is a RCHL section on Denver R/C, the best part about this place is it's always open and in the past no charge for practice. It has appeared to be FUN racing, not super competitive.

Hope this is helpful
see ya at the track

Well thats good then. I have two 1/10th scales, a stadium truck and a truggy. Do enough people race that class to have a good race? I just hope theres more than 2-3 because I don't want an 8th scale yet...

Ballhugger, that has to be the track he was talking about. Lone tree is just south of 470/Quebec

And the track will be a great place to come out and race and have fun this summer. We had some great races last year. The track is completely beat right now but will get done just as soon as it warms up and isnt covered in snow.

Feel the love in here! I've stopped by the track, but haven't been by on a race day. The track looked pretty fun to me, def more 1/8th friendly.
