I've heard the Gtb is a real smooth control... and they are much cheaper than
a diamond, only a little slower too...lol Im hoping to make the NM race too, and snowboard a bit there, it an epic mountain to ride

I created a thread in the "racing forum" for CCC'11. Please use it for all race discussion.

If you've got friends on teams, or whatever, lets try and get some folks out.

just thought you would like to know.
Not really. You would have to start winning on a consistent basis and stop pulling your car for me to ask for your set up.

Hey Jim, when an ESC is in the ROAR "spec" mode, it's supposedly to blink a couple of the lights so it's easy to detect. Most of the new ESC's (including the Tekin) support this if you set the profile to 1. So "blinky" is a term a lot of people have started using. It's also been called "unboosted," "no timing," "spec mode," and probably a few other, more unflattering names.

Basically, it's supposed to be the mode that makes all ESC's equal, and takes ESC tuning out of the mix.

or, if you have an older esc, that does not allow for boost. you are good. if i remember right, you have a tekin, so it should not be an issue. hope to see you out soon.

I'll be high-centered in my cul-de-sac. Who thought it was a good idea to use your snow blower and fling it all into the street?
