Default Shop Light - color temperature?

Any body have opinions on this? The 6000k I have seems too harsh, but I'm not sure that's a bad thing if you really need to see what you're doing.

The higher temperature means more white light, so you should see better. But you have to decide for yourself if it's too harsh or not. I find I can usually adjust to the light, but don't look right at it.
