Default Another scammer floating on ebay

Just wanted to give you guys a heads up that there is someone on ebay selling new kits, talking the money and running. They had no feedback, negative now, they where posting stock pictures and selling stuff cheap at first, I asked for real pictures and was denied. I have not bought anything from them knowing better but it seems there are a few victims, already.

This is not new. People have been doing this since ebay started in every category.

If it's too good to be true, it probably is.

Have any of you ever tried to contact an eBay representative? Like an actual phone number or email address? It is impossible.

You can report items pretty easily, but actually talking to a representative won't happen. Years ago, eBay stopped giving out physical phone numbers and deleted all of the customer service email addresses. These days, if you have an issue, you are forced to the endless loop of customer service options on the website. You literally won't get anywhere and ultimately end up back where you started.

Case in point, I had an eBay member send me a threatening email through the eBay message center. The email was profanity laced and threatened me bodily harm because I added him to my blocked buyer list (he had nothing but negative feedback). I tried for days to report this incident to eBay and found that it was impossible to contact them. Google verified that eBay does in fact send you on an endless loop of questions and answers on the website with no option to contact customer service.

I hate Feebay with a passion, but often times, it is the only option. My point is, they will do nothing about these type of sellers. They just don't care anymore.

Kind of a lot of places they don't care these days, as long as they get their money, thats all that matters.

You won't lose your money. Just make sure you pay through Paypal for goods and services. Don't ever send money as a gift. Ebay/Paypal almost always side with the buyer for good reason.

wow and theres actually 2 bids on it. I don't even like bidding on something if there feedback is too much below 100% let alone -2.

I just did a little snooping on this guy. He has 6 other members following him. One of the names I recognize as one I looked at and got bad vibes from awhile back. The funny thing is none of the deals of these other 6 can be viewed. Secondly, EVERY deal the other 6 have made that can be viewed through FB have been purchases. Not ONE single sell by any of them. I would say offhand, this guy is using these other 6 names to purchase with, when this name gets the PP funds. Full blown scammer.
