Default How I not only entertain my dog, but also water my lawn.

Let me start off by saying... sorry if you're in CA!

My dog loves the garden hose, this lets me do a 2-for-1 and water the lawn while also exercising my German Shorthaired Pointer!

I see people literally waste water here in California. We try to conserve but others do not.

The real money is getting the dog to water the lawn on their own. Sadly she kinda grew out of it.

I used to take my pitbull to the lake and find a big rock and throw it in about 3' of water and he would swim down under water and move around until he found the rock. Just the tip of his tail would be out of the water. When he would come up with the rock he would bring it to me to throw again while snorting mud out of his nose. Crazy dog, but he loved it.
Chasing the water from the hose reminds me of a cat chasing a light on the wall. Always funny. Your dog is awesome, lol, I didnt know pointers liked water

That's what happens when you live in the desert. If you get a hose out on the sidewalks of CA, people will chase it just like that dog.

In some states we're told to waste as much water as possible. It gives the water plants more $$$ to make improvements with. Then again, we got the great lakes.....
