Default my proline purchase

I am just posting my thoughts on my latest purchase from proline. I ordered the 72 chev body for my pede and when it came in it was cracked. the box had a split in it. When I emailed customer service, it took three days for him to get back to me, so after sending him pictures like he asked it was another 3 days for a response. After selling the body to my cousin (10 bucks) he called my house and was mad because my email was to the point and he said he was sending me a new body. Well a month later and still no body. 50 bucks with shipping is an awful expensive lesson I will not make again. I ordered parma 10107 the"skool bus" x2 to make up for shipping. Very nice bodies and not cracked or broken. Remembrance day came and went, Christmas came and went, and now my buisiness came and went. Very very dissapointed in their customer service, after being told they were replacing it. I wanted to know if anyone else had issues with proline? I am new to computers so i appoligize for any issues or mishaps.

Never had an issue with PL. I had a brand new (unpainted) RB6 body that cracked at the nose while cleaning it (just snapped of) and I emailed PL right away. They sent me a shipping label to send back the defective body and I received a replacement in less than 10 days.

As long as your courteous and professional in your email, you will be treated the same way.
