What would you change about the R/C World?

This is kind of a random and very broad thought. If you had the means to change one thing about how RC anything works what would it be? For me personally I think it would be how mains are started. I would love to be able to make it around the first turn ever time without being annihilated. What would you change?

Come up with a universal lipo testing system in which all manufactures follow for C ratings/performance.

Do something about marshalling on the local level. Having to personally spot 6 or 7 times a round gets old.... I understand for many reasons this hobby attracts elderly/disabled people, but when you have entire heats filled with people who can't/won't spot after their turn, events will never run smoothly. If you want to race, you'll need to spot, or make arrangements.
Oh, and abolish SAE hardware on all kits....

I would have online stores be expensive and the local hobby shop have good deals/cheap prices. That way more shops would stay in business. I like supporting the LHS until I get the total at the cash register.

This is a huge problem but I don't think price is true problem. Been to 3 local shops here, all of them have been insane snobs and incredibly worthless. Luckily the track shop is really good and a model of customer service. I'd give them my money over online any time if they weren't such a haul. Funny enough, the online stores like AMain and Nitrohouse kill my LHS in customer service and nitrohouse does will call, convenient because they are right by my work. I strictly buying from them and Track Shop now. These LHS have no idea how far customer service will go. I own a small business and would never treat a customer the way they do. To add, my friends jumped ship on them long before I did, I tried to stick up for them as being just "off" days. negative, their A-holes.

First thing i would say is better turn marshalling at every track and constant . Second would be some Manf brands stop charging so much money for there tires AKA mostly.
