pony kilr, Sent you a PM.

Ive never seen that kind of boost, even with 116 octane at the track. 24, 25 was my limit. What size turbo are you runin? I had a PT 52 with 55# injectors, 218,218 cam, heads, CAS fm, and all the other normal stuff.

I bet 28# of boost would be a blast!!!!

I used to have an RX-7 first gen. Fun car. Takes alot of bread to hop em up though. Espically the exhaust, those rotories kick out alot of heat. I'm getting ready to start rebuilding my 69 Pontiac LeMans. Im not going to clone it, thinking about tubbing it out though. Gotta love them Pontiac Big Blocks!

I wouldn't say it's the FASTEST car out there, but it's faster than most cars on the road...

94 Pontiac Formula Firebird
6 Speeds
New LT1 motor 5,000 miles ago

What a blast to drive.

Default dont understand this drag race thing...

If cars were meant to go fast in a straight line....they would not have a steering wheel and we would all live on the same street.

Drag racing is silly.

I have a '97 Eagle Talon TSI AWD....Last time we put it on a dyno (Christmas) it had just under 300 to the wheels (296 to be exact)...Its a VERY fun car and its a 4 cylinder I know but I have beaten ALOT of so called muscle cars with it when we go to the track. NO drag racing though....to me any idiot can drive in a straight line...sorry if I offended anyone but thats my OPINION...It is a fun car though. In the summer I am getting the bigger turbo and then it will be putting down around 365 - 375 at the wheels. Then we will be getting to where it needs to be.

Angry RICE ROCKET

Funny, my rice rocket blows your "truck" off the street w/ out leaving second gear

Raf, straight line racing is fun just to evaluate engine performance. But your right ROAD courses is where its at. Limerock is awsome. SO is mid-ohio here. My favorite race has to be the Longest day! Nelson Legdes is a Hole, But that race is a blast. Our 240 still holds alot of track records in ITS, I believe its still there at Lime too. 8 years old now! The coolest part is that it had a fully adjustable suspension developed and made by TWISTER! Who says there isn't any crossover!

0-60 in the blink of an eye, nothing like a RICE ROCKET!
0-the garage in the blink of any eye, yup! its 'mercian!

pony klr - Thanx bro....I know you were not saying I did, but I do not have one of those huge FART pipes....My exhaust is VERY quiet it is after market but it is VERY quiet compared to those big grapefruit launchers some of these guys have. It seems the louder they are...the SLOWER they are...I have a resinator in mine that keeps the noise WAAAAAAY down. But I have ALOT of fun with the car like at Road Atlanta, Roebling Road tracks like that are really fun. Down the back straight at Road Atlanta I have had it up to right around 135-140 MPH. It was DIALED.
