Default PETA to sue Sea World for whale slavery

And here we go again...

Trying to apply the 13th to animals, what do you think? Granted, I would prefer to see those whales allowed to stay in the wild, but typical PETA has to take it to the extreme. Crazy, but an interesting angle of attack I suppose.

you know what's funny is one of the killer whales they're trying to grant rights to is the one who killed it's trainer by dragging her to the bottom of the pool. Soooo, if the whale get's rights can we charge it with murder?

PETA can go take a long walk of a short pier. Preferably in waters with plenty of Orcas in it.

What's next suing police departments and the military for using dogs to detect explosives and drugs??? Those whales have it made they get food and medical care for nothing and the best part is they don't have to worry about getting hunted And killed in the wild!

Nah, that will be one of the latter ones to hammer on. They don't want to deal with the life protecting/saving aspect just yet because bad press from that would really put a kink in there platform. But I'm sure its somewhere on the list!

An in depth look at PETA reveals its merely a conglomerate of nut cases and psychopaths. This will go away. If they thought it stood a chance, they'd file and then announce they filed, not the other way around. They're hoping the court of public opinion will get behind this "movement". Otherwise, its a dead issue... I give it 15 minutes.

Japan does "scientific research" and then sells the meat after they are done "testing" I dont have anything against japan as a whole (I have friends from japan and family in china), but some of the people do stuff that just makes me mad. But the whale wars show did make good tv. Now let just see if they return next season.

dont look at this one if you are easily sick (not too bad, just a warning though)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Au...ernOcean_5.jpg

granted those arent killer whales but they do whale them.

These are the guys that fight for the whales. The wiki doesnt show a lot but now they have 3 ships. The steve irwin (smaller original ship pictured), the bob barker (bigger, ice class ship), and the gojira (built for speed smaller ship)

gojira

They had another ship before the gojira. Basically a smaller version called the ady gill. It was sunk by one of the japanese whaling ships. The captain of the ady gill swore revenge on the captin of the ship. He completed a stealth mission allowing him to get onboard of the other ship. He got found the captain and attempted to arrest him. The japanese brought him back to japan and tried him. He lost somehow and is now in a japaneese prison. If you watch the videos you can clearly see that the ady gill was sitting still and did not try to attack the whaling ship. The ship ran directly into them and offered no help after a mayday was called to get the people that were onboard the ady gill out of the freezing water. The captain and owner of the ady gill had years of his life devoted to that ship and 2.5 million dollars. The japanese claim that the ady gill went across their bow to try to get a line under their ship and disable the prop. While in reality the ady gill was low on fuel and had their engines turned off. By the time they realized the whalers werent turning it was already too late.

Peta is a joke they want to sue sea world, where were they at when the nut bag from my state was collecting all of his animals. Then decides to let them all free and then kill himself. If they really wanted to help animals they would stop people like him. who are they going to sue next, the zoo.

I thought they were all busy occupying somewhere. Hmmm... Occupy Sea World?
