Default USPS Tracking

I'm curious if anyone else is having problems with USPS tracking. I have two packages being shipped to me and neither tracking works. It's been a few days as well.

They dont update theyre tracking well at all.... I am constantly having issues, if the seller shipped, it could take 2 days for them to update it.

I have noticed that it really depends on the P.O. The one I have in town does a pretty good job, but others not so well. It seems to me that a lot of the "strip mall" USPS offices do not seem to be as connected IMO..

Yes it done the same to me the other day. I only updated 2-3 times in a whole week and done it day before delivery, day of, and 2 days before the first one. Only updates when around your area i think. Which is stupid because i want to track not know on the day of that i need to exspect something.

USPS tracking works very well for me and everything I have been tracking is international shipments. If it has not been updated, it means that it is still in transit - or waiting to be sorted & scanned.

USPS tracking is terrible. Basically it is good for the seller to know that the buyer got the package and that is about it. I heard they are trying to change it, but so far, it has been a big fail.

Sometimes it depends on what link you follow to check your item.
Oddly the direct link from USPS seems to be the most inacurate , slow and never up to date.

I like to use " packagemapping.com " it's never let me down yet.
The cool thing about the packagemapping site is that you can enter ANY tracking number you have from ANY shipping service and it automatically self indentifies the provider/company it is shipped through and then maps out the location and lists an event day, date, location specific update for each stop on it's journey.

It even works for shipments that are coming from out of the country.

sometimes tracking is up to date every time i look, other times it says invalid number and i end up receiving the item before it ever updates. USPS doesn't have TRACKING, they have DELIVERY CONFIRMATION haha
