Is it worth getting an account for Ebay payments or is it a hassle.

It works pretty well for me. I would not consider it a hassle at all...

I agree, I've used PayPal a few times to buy stuff on eBay myself, & I've been quite pleased with the results.....

I use it to pay for stuff all the time. There are even several mailorder sites that accept PayPal. I haven't use it to receive any payments, though. It's my understanding you have to pay PayPal a small percentage of the selling price, but like I said, I haven't tried that yet.

Yes, when you receive money, they take a small percentage, like $40 would be around $38.45 or so...ive used paypal 50+ times with no probs

I was thinking about getting a paypal account but after reading all that I think I'll just hang on to what little money I have.

I try to avoid using companies/services that I can't deal with on a more personal level.

If everyone have a bad experience, paypal won't exist anymore.
