Nice to see other metalheads here! Already looking forward to go to Maiden this upcoming summer again! Me and my girlfriend went to see them august this year. Sad to hear that Priest is giving up, hope they visit Norway on their farewelltour.

Great stuff..... Halford is getting pretty old to be rocking out out.... I think they should have the "Ripper" take his spot again.

But Tim would absolutely be a good replacement, and he has already been that, hehe!
Yeah, Maiden is my absolute favourite, it is my "main" band amongst many others like Mötley Crüe, Priest, Metallica, Ozzy, Sabbath, Kiss, TNT, AC/DC and many!
I miss my drumkit so much, me and some mates had a band where we played covers of all the bands mentioned above and some others. That was fun!

Yeah Owens was in Priest in the late 90's if I remember right..... Remember bands like W.A.S.P. or Dangerous Toys? Fastway? LOL My dad got me into metal when I was a kid and my first CD was given to me by my father was Megadeth's Countdown to Extinction

I am sorry and ashamed to say that i forgot to mention Pantera i my previous post
I love that drumming and footwork on "Becoming", i have played that song a lot along with "F***ing Hostile", "Walk", "Cemetary Gates" and some other songs with my band.

i can't keep up with you kids and all your fancy names for all the different metal. as long as i can understand what they are saying it's good with me.
most of that really growly death metal is hard for me to get into.
as i get older i find that i like certain artists rather then genre's. but maiden will always be tops IMHO.
