Default Crossing Borders

I got this email from someone in my address book. Thought it was amusing and true so would share. I know it will turn into a flame war and because people can't maintain civility and respect the mods will inevitably shut it down but until then have a read and take from it what you will.

LET ME SEE IF I GOT THIS RIGHT.

IF YOU CROSS THE NORTH KOREAN BORDER ILLEGALLY YOU GET 12 YEARS HARD LABOR..

IF YOU CROSS THE IRANIAN BORDER ILLEGALLY YOU ARE DETAINED INDEFINITELY.

IF YOU CROSS THE AFGHAN BORDER ILLEGALLY, YOU GET SHOT.

IF YOU CROSS THE SAUDI ARABIAN BORDER ILLEGALLY YOU WILL BE JAILED.

IF YOU CROSS THE CHINESE BORDER ILLEGALLY YOU MAY NEVER BE HEARD FROM AGAIN.

IF YOU CROSS THE VENEZUELAN BORDER ILLEGALLY YOU WILL BE BRANDED A SPY AND YOUR FATE WILL BE SEALED.

IF YOU CROSS THE CUBAN BORDER ILLEGALLY YOU WILL BE THROWN INTO POLITICAL PRISON TO ROT.

IF YOU CROSS THE UNITED STATES BORDER ILLEGALLY YOU GET

A JOB,
A DRIVERS LICENSE,
SOCIAL SECURITY CARD,
WELFARE,
FOOD STAMPS,
CREDIT CARDS,
SUBSIDIZED RENT OR A LOAN TO BUY A HOUSE,
FREE EDUCATION,
FREE HEALTH CARE,
A LOBBYIST IN WASHINGTON
BILLIONS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF PUBLIC DOCUMENTS PRINTED IN YOUR LANGUAGE
THE RIGHT TO CARRY YOUR COUNTRY'S FLAG WHILE YOU PROTEST THAT YOU DON'T GET ENOUGH RESPECT and BENEFITS!
AND,

IN MANY INSTANCES, YOU CAN VOTE.

I JUST WANTED TO MAKE SURE I HAD A FIRM GRASP ON THE SITUATION
PLEASE KEEP THIS GOING ....FORWARD TO ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS & FAMILY

IT'S WAY PAST TIME TO WAKE UP AMERICA !!!!!!!!!!!!

Hmmmm, and yet many of those same countries call us racist. We really need to start changing policies and the people who write them.

And in many of those countries you dont get free internet forums to talk about fun stuff like this.Looks like this would be the only time we would want to be associated with these countries. Kinda funny!

Those are also uncivilised countries. Should we be uncivilised as well? I don't think we should. I also don't think we should let everyone in with no questions asked, but to be like China? Afghanistan? I don't want you comparing my country to them.

Lets be like them and care ABOUT OUR BORDERS ...PEROID !!!whats next whats next whats next.

At what point is enough enough..? I feel that we as a country need to put some restrictions on immigration..job, ability to support yourself and your family, our system is already strained..but hey maybe they can come stay with you, and you can support them..sounds good to me,
Their is a reason why Europe toughened its immigration laws in the 1970s, after the influx of millions of migrant workers and asylum seekers.
“This forced their governments to come up with fairly draconic measures in order to clampdown on illegality, or irregularity. It’s gradually becoming more and more a criminalisation process, which is basically the question of
whether someone is entitled to live in a
country or not. In France and Germany, the
sheer fact that you’re an irregular resident
turns you into a criminal. You can be put
into jail for that. Both France and Germany are examples of countries where people without the correct identity papers can be deported. Similar laws have been discussed in parliament in the Netherlands but have so far not been put into practice. Does Europe fall more in line with "countries to be compared with"..

Just enforce the existing laws in a civilized manner, I think that's all most are asking for.

What's even more entertaining than all that, is to research what happens if you try and cross Mexico's southern border illegally. good stuff.

ouch!

The alchohol tax isnt getting any cheaper. The more people are busted
for drinking and driving the more the tax is gonna be. It fluctuates just
like anything else, sometimes it's cheap, other times its expensive.

I had a neighbor 5 years ago that was busted for taking welfare checks
and buying alchohol with it. It was all over the news and everything.
That just proves that people will do anything for a drink. Even if it's
government money.

Bingo!

But I will also add; "Don't change what we already have!! Just enforce them and give more support to our border police!!"
